MINDSET CONSULTING

I believe we spend much of our lives trying harder to become better.
Hoping that one day, we will finally feel enough.
Yet real change often begins somewhere else:
the moment we understand why are the way we are today.

Why Change Can Feel So Difficult
There is always a reason why we think, feel, and respond the way we do today.
Many of our patterns were not created to hold us back. They once helped us cope with experiences that felt overwhelming, painful, or unsafe.
The problem is that these old patterns often stay with us long after the situation has changed. They continue to influence our relationships, our choices, and the way we see ourselves.
That is why lasting change is rarely about trying harder.
It begins by understanding what has been shaping us all along.
How I Work
I believe that lasting change begins with understanding.
The thoughts, emotions, and behaviours we struggle with today often have roots that reach much further back than we realise. Rather than focusing only on what is happening now, I look for the story behind it.
Together, we explore where certain beliefs, patterns, or emotional reactions began. When we understand their origin, they often begin to lose their grip.
Every person is different. That is why I combine thoughtful conversations, coaching, RTT® hypnosis, and my own ALLMind method to create the support that feels right for you.
The goal is not to become someone else.
It is to reconnect with who you have always been.

How We Work Together
Every journey begins with a free introductory call. It gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, talk about your goals, and find out whether I am the right person to support you.
If we decide to work together, we begin with an in-depth consultation. This helps me understand your story, your experiences, and what you would like to change.
From there, I create a personalised session tailored to your individual needs. If we work with RTT®, you will also receive a custom hypnosis recording to support the changes between sessions.
Over the following weeks, we stay in touch, reflect on your progress, and make sure the changes become part of your everyday life.
Real transformation is not about one single session.
It is about creating lasting change.
How Hypnosis Supports Deep Inner Change
Hypnosis is more than relaxation – it’s a gateway to your subconscious mind, where old patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints are stored.
In this safe, focused state, you're fully aware – yet more connected to your inner truth than ever.
Together, we use this space to gently transform:
-
self-doubt and perfectionism
-
fear of rejection and failure
-
emotional blocks rooted in past experiences
-
limiting beliefs around worth, love, success, or safety
-
overthinking, anxiety, or inner pressure
-
unresolved patterns in relationships, identity, or performance
Hypnosis is non-invasive, deeply personal, and rooted in your own inner wisdom.
It's a powerful way to create lasting shifts – not just in how you think, but in how you feel, respond, and relate to life.

About Me
One question has always fascinated me: Why do we so often act differently from the way we truly want to?
Why do we put things off even when they matter to us? Why do we keep repeating the same patterns? And why is understanding something intellectually so often not enough to create real and lasting change?
These questions have been part of my own journey and ultimately led me to the work I do today.
Today, I support people in understanding the deeper connections behind the way they think, feel, and act, so they can better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.
In my work, I combine my experience as a certified hypnotherapist, RTT® Practitioner, and coach with my work as a holistic mentor and my advanced training in clinical hypnosis. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I help uncover the root causes behind them.
I live and work between Germany, Tunisia, and Bolivia. This is why all sessions are held online, allowing me to work with people wherever they are in the world. As I intentionally work with only a small number of clients at a time, appointments can be arranged flexibly, including outside regular business hours.
Alongside my work as a mentor, I am also an author and international speaker. My first book, Lazy Sock, will be published later this summer. It explores procrastination and asks why we postpone things even when we genuinely want to get them done. It shows that procrastination is often far less about laziness than we think. Instead, it looks at the unconscious patterns behind this behaviour and how lasting change becomes possible once we understand them at their root.
I don't believe people need to be fixed.
I believe change begins the moment we stop fighting ourselves and start understanding why we are the way we are today.
